There are 3 plans available; all give you a service on Cellcom, Israel’s largest carrier and all will provide you with an Israeli number. The differences are the following. The Tourist Plan gives you all the data and calling and texting capabilities you need but you cannot call internationally without an app. If you need to call/text the US or Canada, we recommend Talkatone, a free app that allows you to call and text. The Professional Plan on the other hand does calls to the US without an app and it also provides you with unlimited data. The Study Abroad Plan allows unlimited local calls and texts and unlimited data for 6 month, hence the perfect solution for long term travelers, such as students.
